Evoke memories of a golden age The excavation of an artist by a society of performers searching for product, legacy, and immortality. Drawing from the inaugural catalogue of the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, Texas and the industrial photographs of Bernd and Hilla Becher, Evoke memories of a golden age examines the industrialization of masterpieces through anonymous still life’s and borrowed memories. The performance mixes live electronic sound, projections, sculpted objects, and a monster into one evolving exhibition space.
